Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, Specialist Gas Engineering Services are highly experienced in all aspects of the manufacture, installation, inspection and testing of high purity gas distribution and control systems to the scientific and industrial sectors.

Installation

We offer a highly competitive installation service for tubed and piped control and distribution systems, whether they are orbital welded, twin ferrule compression, brazed or pressed systems.

Orbital Welding

Orbitally welded 316/316L tube systems offer high purity and high integrity. With less mechanical joints, it reduces or eliminates the risk of contamination.

Maintenance, Inspection & Testing

We offer yearly inspection and testing of your existing systems, and make recommendations, so that you can maintain compliance with the BCGA Codes of Practice.

Skilled Labour

If you’re looking for a fully experienced ‘pair of hands’, complete with all of the required tools, we can help. Simply send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Control Panels

We manufacture enclosed or open chassis control panels to suit your fluid and usage requirements. This can range from a single point of use regulator to a full-blown control system.

Gas Cylinder Storage

We offer custom built cylinder gas cages/enclosures to suit your requirements. We can also supply more specialised storage, such as explosion proof cylinder enclosures.
